1. Structural Warranty

We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all our modular, SIP (Structural Insulated Panel), light-gauge steel frame, and glulam buildings. This covers the structural integrity of the main frame, load-bearing wall panels, floor chassis, and roof construction, ensuring they remain sound, stable, and fit for purpose.

2. Material & Build Quality

We utilize precision factory manufacturing, certified galvanized steel framing, structural grade glulam timber, and high-density insulation panels. We guarantee that all structural components, cladding, and insulation materials supplied match the exact specifications and quality standards outlined in your order.

3. Windows and Doors

All double and triple-glazing units, exterior doors, and window frames come with a 2-year functional warranty. This covers hinges, locking mechanisms, handles, and glass unit seals, provided they have been correctly adjusted, operated, and maintained.

4. Professional Installation Warranty

If you choose our Professional Assembly Service, we provide a 1-year workmanship guarantee. This ensures that the building has been erected strictly according to engineering guidelines and weather-sealed correctly. If any issues arise due to on-site assembly within the first year, our team will rectify them free of charge.

5. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your warranty validity, the building must be properly cared for. External cladding (where wood or composite finish treatment is required) must be painted, treated, or inspected according to manufacturer guidelines to protect against moisture penetration and UV exposure. Ventilation systems must remain unobstructed to prevent internal moisture accumulation.

6. Foundation Responsibility

The validity of this warranty depends on the structure being erected on a level, solid, and structurally sound foundation (such as concrete pads, ground screws, or engineered slabs). Get A Modular is not liable for structural defects, door/window misalignments, or panel movement caused by ground subsidence or an uneven foundation prepared by the client or third parties.

7. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Extreme weather events (e.g., severe storms, floods, or lightning strikes).

  • Unauthorized structural modifications, DIY alterations, or third-party structural repairs.

  • General wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or lack of routine building maintenance.

  • Natural movement or minor surface checking in natural glulam or timber accents due to ambient humidity shifts.

8. How to Make a Claim

Our technical support team will evaluate your claim and schedule a site inspection or send replacement components as necessary.
