At Get A Modular, we aim to make your purchasing experience as smooth, transparent, and secure as possible. We offer flexible payment structures and secure payment gateways to give you full confidence in your investment.

Secure Payment Options

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to suit your preference. You can settle your deposit, stage payments, or final balance via:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT): The most common and direct method for larger residential transactions.

  • Credit / Debit Cards: We accept all major cards for fast and convenient deposit processing.

  • Online Invoicing: Secure digital payment links sent directly to your email address.

Payment Structure

To provide maximum financial flexibility, we do not require full payment at the time of placing your order. Our standard residential payment structure is:

  • Deposit: A 20% to 30% deposit is required to confirm your order, freeze your material costs, and secure your production and delivery slot.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or upon delivery/assembly, depending on your specific project agreement and scope of works.

Order Confirmation

Once your deposit (20–30%) has been cleared, you will receive an official Order Confirmation alongside a payment receipt. This document details your chosen building model, structural framing specifications (SIP, Steel, Glulam, or Modular), floor plan customizations, and estimated site delivery timeframe. It serves as your official proof of purchase and initiates the manufacturing process.

Safety and Security

Your financial security is our highest priority. All digital transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. We never store or record your sensitive payment details on our servers, ensuring complete privacy and protection.

Invoices and Receipts

For every payment processed, an official VAT invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address. These financial documents are essential for your 10-year structural warranty records and personal accounting. Please double-check that your billing details and email address are correct during order placement.

Price Guarantee & Currency

All transactions are processed in Euros (€). For our clients across Ireland, the total price quoted at the time of your initial deposit confirmation is 100% fixed and guaranteed. It will not change due to market fluctuations or raw material cost increases, offering complete budget certainty for your build.
