Nationwide Delivery Across Ireland

We provide safe and reliable transport for all our modular units, SIP panels, steel frame components, and glulam structures to any location within the Republic of Ireland. From Dublin to Galway, or Cork to Donegal, we coordinate the delivery of your building directly to your site.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines depend on structural complexity, customization, and factory scheduling. Typically, standard modular units and pre-engineered panel kits are ready for dispatch within specified production windows. Upon order confirmation, our logistics team will provide you with an estimated delivery schedule.

Pre-Delivery Coordination

You will never be left guessing when your structure will arrive. Our logistics team will contact you well in advance to confirm the exact delivery date, site access requirements, and arrival time window, ensuring your site is fully prepared to receive the shipment.

Site Access Requirements

Because our homes are transported as heavy pre-fabricated modules or large structural packages, clear access for heavy transport vehicles (such as articulated lorries or flatbed trucks) is essential. If your property has narrow lanes, tight turns, weight restrictions, or low overhangs, please notify us during the initial planning phase.

Offloading & Crane Logistics

Depending on the building system selected (fully volumetric modules vs. flat-pack SIP/Steel panel kits), our delivery vehicles are equipped with specialized lifting equipment (such as Hiab cranes or Moffett forklifts). For larger modular homes requiring direct placement on foundations, mobile crane logistics will be coordinated according to your project agreement.

Inspection Upon Arrival

Upon delivery, we recommend conducting a visual inspection of the package seals and module wrapping. All structural elements are weather-sealed at the factory to protect them during transit. If you notice any external transport damage, please record it on the delivery documentation and notify our team immediately.

Factory Collection Option

Clients who prefer to arrange their own specialized heavy transport are welcome to collect their structural packages directly from our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule a loading time and verify that your transport equipment meets load and securing standards.
