At Get A Modular, we strive for perfection in every engineering and manufacturing project. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Below are the terms regarding order cancellations and the return of our modern off-site structures.

1. Cancellations Before Delivery

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. For standard stock models, a refund of your deposit may be issued. However, for custom-designed, bespoke, or engineered-to-order structures, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the pre-construction engineering, raw materials, and factory labor already invested in your project.

2. Returns of Standard Products

If you wish to return a standard, non-customized building module after delivery, all components must remain in their original, unassembled condition, securely packaged, and protected from the elements. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the transport costs associated with returning heavy structural modules to our facility, and a restocking fee may apply.

3. Bespoke and Custom Orders

Products that have been custom-manufactured to your specific dimensions, floor plan, structural frame preferences (SIP, Steel, or Glulam), or tailored finish requirements are strictly non-returnable. Because these structures are produced specifically for your site, they cannot be resold. We strongly encourage you to review all architectural drawings, foundation layouts, and engineering plans before confirming your order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your building sections arrive with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transit, please notify our team immediately upon delivery. We will promptly arrange for replacement panel components, structural parts, or send our technical team to carry out necessary rectifications. Our primary goal is to ensure your building is completely sound, safe, and airtight.

5. Natural Material & Finish Characteristics

For structures featuring natural wood elements, glulam timber accents, or composite cladding, minor natural variations in grain, subtle tone shifts, or superficial checking due to ambient humidity changes are completely normal. These characteristics do not affect the structural integrity of the home and are not considered manufacturing defects for return or refund claims.

6. Assembled Products

Once a structure or module has been partially or fully erected on site, it can no longer be returned. We strongly advise inspecting all panels, window units, and structural components prior to starting the installation process to ensure everything meets your expectations.

7. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the components are received back at our facility in their original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
