Foundation & Site Preparation

Prior to the arrival of our installation crew, the customer or site contractor must ensure a level, solid, and engineered foundation (such as a reinforced concrete slab, ground screws, or concrete piers) is fully prepared and cured. A level foundation is critical to ensure precise module alignment, structural stability, and seamless window/door operation.

Year-Round Construction

Our assembly teams are experienced in working in the Irish climate and operate year-round. However, to maintain safety standards and protect internal insulation materials prior to weather-sealing, installation schedules may be adjusted during extreme weather events (such as heavy storms or torrential rain).

Clean & Tidy Site Management

We treat your property with respect. Throughout the assembly process, our team maintains an organized and safe working environment. Once the installation is complete, all industrial packaging, panel wraps, and construction debris are collected and removed, leaving your site clean and ready for use.

Post-Installation Handover & Walkthrough

Upon completion of the structure, our lead installer will conduct a detailed walkthrough of the building with you. We will demonstrate the operation of doors, windows, and ventilation systems, as well as provide essential advice on routine cladding care, seals, and long-term maintenance.
